Here is a used Singer Sewing Machine Table Cabinets  CURVED WOOD UNDERSIDE TUB COVER.  This is about 14 3/8" wide by 12 5/8" on the curve.  It is in normal used condition for something 60 years old.
Hinges, chain and metal end covers are present.
This part would be seen in the cabinet when you lifted the machine up out of the cabinet. It helps to keep your machine clean.
