This is an Antique Chinese Porcelain Foo Dog Brush Washer. I t measues about 4" x 3.5" x 3.5". There are two intended "smoke/steam" holes on each side of the teeth which could make this also either a water dropper or a censer / incensario. There is no stamp or symbols to indicate China which suggests before 1915. This is an adorable, lighthearted addition for any chinese calligraphy collector.
